What We’re All About
Founded in 2019, we have been committed to serving up delicious goodies to all of our customers in Northern Colorado and Wyoming. We believe that the experience of visiting a bakery should include, both enjoying your favorite pastries, and trying out some new ones. We moved to Colorado in the summer of 2018. Coming from Texas, Kolaches were a way of life, and when we couldn't find any in our new home, we knew we had to find a way to bring one of our favorite foods to Colorado. Since we opened, we have been met with overwhelming love and support from our community.
Our team of professionals creates delicious, top quality baked treats, and makes sure to cater to the needs of each one of our customers. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or something to bring home and share, we have it all.

I have lived in Texas my whole life, so I’ve had my fair share of kolaches. I can honestly say these are the best kolaches I have ever had. They have amazing non-meat options (green chili egg, mushroom brie, pizza...YUM). The owners are so kind and the shop environment is warm and welcoming. We love coming here!!

Bang on the table fantastic! We’ve tried every flavor kolache and still can’t decide which is the best! Taste bud explosions, creatively unique and perfectly balanced in every bite. Get these folks on the Food Network💋💋💋
The cinnamon rolls are incredible. The kolaches are incredible. The staff is very friendly. I can't recommend it enough!
